The four-sided beam type 4 belly support can achieve a maximum expansion width of 7.47m, ensuring a wide working space at rectangular excavation sites. In the past, heavy temporary supports such as steel retaining materials and H-shaped steel were required at these sites, but now construction is possible with the lightweight metal support of the four-sided beam type 4 belly support. By changing the design from steel sheet piling and steel retaining materials to aluminum sheet piling and four-sided beam type 4 belly support, it is possible to shorten the construction period. [Construction Case] Agricultural Water Conservancy Project - Installation of Water Conveyance Pipes

Rental of aluminum vertical ladders as a safety measure! Introduction of construction examples for water supply pipe and partition valve installation.

We would like to introduce a case study of the water conduit installation work ordered by the Agricultural Policy Bureau. The pipes being installed are ductile cast iron pipes with diameters ranging from φ300mm to φ600mm, and this section is constructed using "GPL soil retention." We used "36 panels" in areas where some shut-off valves are installed. Since the pipes are buried along the road, aluminum sheet piles are used to fill the gaps in the soil retention at the curves. As safety measures, quick fences, sheet pile support fences, and aluminum vertical ladders were also used!

We would like to introduce a case study of the construction work for the installation of a box culvert on the rainwater main line. The excavation width was slightly over 4.0 meters, and the excavation depth was less than 3.0 meters. However, to secure space from the excavation bottom for the box culvert, we removed all supports for the lower panel by connecting the lower panel and flat panel with "vertical beam connection fittings."
